Daniel T. DeFeo
Attorney Dan DeFeo was able to graduate from Rockhurst University in Kansas City Cum Laude and soon after enrolled in Saint Louis University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1986. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1986, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th and 8th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri.
Daniel DeFeo is a passionate advocate for the injured, especially those hurt or killed due to defective automobiles. Thanks to this dedication, he has successfully taken on cases involving General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Volvo, Chrysler, and many other top companies to recover needed damages for his clients. He also has pursued claims related to agricultural and industrial vehicles against some of the largest names, including Crown, Mitsubishi, Gehi, Caterpillar, and Yale.

Erika Dopuch
Attorney Erika Dopuch graduated from the University of Missouri cum laude then attended the University of Missouri School of Law. During her time on campus, she was actively engaged in the local community through clubs and volunteer activities.
While in law school, she had two case notes selected for publication, served as a Note & Comment Editor to the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
Erika was on the Dean’s List and received CALI Awards of Excellence for Constitutional Law and Law & Public Policy and the Roy W. Harper Award for Best Work in Constitutional Law.

Angelia Lett - Office Manager & Legal Assistant
Angelia, (pronounced Angela), joined The DeFeo team in May 2012.
Angelia provides administrative support for all attorneys of the firm, and also acts as the office manager and bookkeeper. She is committed to client relationships and strives to get the best outcome for our clients.
Her experience with The DeFeo Law Firm combined with previous life experiences helps her relate to client needs with patience and compassion.
Outside of work Angelia is a dedicated mother. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. She is a member of the First Christian Church and is involved with community outreach programs in her local community.
